Autosoft BV can look back on a 10 year history

After having worked in the automotive industry for about 10 years,  in 1998 Wouter Koenderink came with the idea to start a business that offers all internet services for an affordable price. He started developing AutoCommerce® and the websites after this.
 
Subsequently, on March 1, 1999 Autosoft® was founded with the aim of providing complete internet solutions for car dealers. From the start we are pleased about our enthousiastic customer base which is very involved with the development of our products.

As the customer base continues to grow, the first employee was adopted in the year 2000. Because of this growth, we had to go looking for a new location. This was found at de Richtersbleek in Eschede. This year Autosoft has passed into a PLC.

In 2001 the first coorperation was realised with the Dutch Auto Nieuws. Because of this, our personal file has grown up to 5 employees. The first link with a searchengine for cars is a fact. At the end of 2001 the first contacts with German partners were made.

This results into the establishment of Eurocardata GmbH, a joint venture between Autosoft and Autoprice. Furthermore Autosoft independently started to supply services through offices in Germany and France.

Meanwhile, the offices at de Richtersbleek proved to small and we moved to the Business & Science Park on February 1, 2003. Our team now consists of 10 employees. Besides this the development of an entirely new software system where all modules can be linked was started. Autocommerce Online is the first result of this.

Despite the rapid growth we never overlooked the core of our business. Delivering products and services on the Internet and the entire Automotive industry. We will continue to work on the (further) development of solutions for this industry. We are also able (though our companies abroad) to follow the major developments in a more rapidly changing European market.
