You can submit your company logo in a .EPS, .AI of . PDF-file. Don't have this? Then supply us with a digital version (.pdf) of your letterhead or business card.

Don't have these files?
Then send us a .jpg file with the highest possible resolution.
Then we try with that.

Note
Unfortunately, a photo of the logo on your business premises or scanning stationery is not usable. 

How do you get the right logo file format?
The logo was probably designed by an advertising agency or designer. This is often the person who takes care of the stationery or cladding for you.
Contact them and they will be happy to forward the file to you.

Is it not possible to supply a digital version?
Please contact us. In consultation with your account manager, we can digitize the logo for use on the website.
However, costs will be charged for this.

There are several ways to ensure that you get good texts on your new website.

• We copy existing texts from your current website
  Do you already have an (old) website? Then we can copy the texts and menus from your existing website.
• We place standard texts on your new website
  Don't have a website at the moment? Then we can place standard texts on your website. These are texts that can be applied to any car company. You can then rewrite them later yourself, so that they fit your company better. Unique texts always score higher in Google.
• You provide us with new texts
  It is of course best that you provide us with new texts that you have written yourself or have them written. Then submit them in one file, with a good title, subheadings and subdivision into paragraphs. This way we know exactly on which page of your website the texts should go.

When you submit new texts
Deliver all your texts in one Word document (.doc) or Text document (.txt).
Is this not possible and do you supply it in several steps? Please provide a clear description of the various files. Keep in mind that the text format corresponds to the chosen menu structure of the new website.
You know your company best and we don't know where you want certain texts to be.

When you also provide new photos
Also put the photos in the text documents with the correct pieces of text, so that we know which photo belongs to which text.

You must also supply the new photos separately.
How you do that is described below.

The chosen visual material is very decisive for the final appearance of your new website. Especially if you have opted for a design with very large photos or a slideshow. That is why it is important that we obtain good visual material.

For websites, in general, an image of 1024 pixels wide is sufficient. A fairly standard size is 1024 × 768 pixels. If you have chosen a design with a large visual over the full width, we request a resolution of this 1920 × 1080 pixels to deliver, taking into account large (HD) widescreen monitors of your website visitors.

Photos to be used with the texts (in the content of the site) may be in any proportion, standing or lying down. (Landscape/Portrait).

Would you be so kind as to share the files of a clear name or provide a cover letter? Then we know on which pages we should apply which files. If no instructions are sent with it, we will place it at our discretion.

Images
When you choose to take pictures yourself, keep in mind that these sharp and not be moved and the correct color balance have.

When you are going to (or have) taken photos of the business premises and/or showroom to use in the visual or slideshow, pay attention to the ratio en cutout of the available space on your new website.
For visuals and slideshows, we recommend using landscape images, with the focus point in the (vertical) center of the photo.

Images of the staff members for a face book / team page should have sufficient free space around the employee so that we can make a good crop of this if necessary.

Videos
Video files are allowed maximum 8MB being big. For larger files, we recommend uploading them to your YouTube channel.

Usage rights
You can of course always choose to use stock material. There are several websites available where you can purchase this.

Please note!
When you use photos from Google, you can deal with copyrights and usage rights.

Therefore make sure that you always provide royalty-free photos or written permission from the photographer for its use.
