    Why can't I add a photo?

    Your camera is probably taking pictures that are too large.
    A large photo is of course very nice, but in AutoCommerce a photo is not displayed larger than 1920×1080 pixels.
    To be able to upload the photo, the file size must also not exceed 5MB. AutoCommerce only supports images with a .JPG or .JPEG extension.
    (.bmp, .gif or .png cannot be placed with vehicle).

    My photos are larger than 5 MB. How can I resize my photos?

    There are plenty of programs available on the internet that allow you to edit images, here are some easy free solutions:

    1: Via Microsoft's “Resize Tool”

    With this “plugin” you can reduce a whole selection of photos with a simple mouse click.
    You open the folder with photos, select the images to be resized and click on them with the right mouse button to choose the option “Resize pictures”.
    Then check the desired dimensions and click on “Resize”
    (a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels is large enough for internet use)

    2: Via the program “Irfan View”
    You can download this program for free: Click here
    When you open the program you have to open a photo via: “file” > “open”.
    Then you can make the image smaller via “Image” > “Resize/Resample”.
    You can specify the size there. Then you can save the photo via “file” > “save as”.
    This photo can now be used in AutoCommerce.

    Of course you can always use other editing software of your own choice.

    Can I also add multimedia files such as a movie or a document to my cars?

    This is possible from the PRO version of AutoCommerce!

    From the PRO version it is also possible to add more photos and a “youtube photo slider” can be activated.
    This automatically creates a YouTube video of the images you have entered.

    How can I request a NAP web label?

    You can request a NAP web label for your cars.
    First, in AutoCommerce, on the “Your details” page, you must enter your NAP participant number and check that you are a NAP participant.
    Then go to “Request a NAP web label”. Enter the CORRECT mileage here (do not complete!) and the chassis number (last four numbers, so the reporting code) and the correct license plate must be stated. Then check the NAP web label and click on save.

    The data is sent to NAP and in 2 days the result can be seen in AutoCommerce on the “NAP Web Label Results” page.

    There is also a “real-time” NAP web label request available with which the web label is directly linked.
    There are costs associated with this per application.

    CAUTION: the mileage can no longer be changed once the vehicle has been approved!
    To adjust the mileage you must first unlink the web label and after changing the data you can request a NAP web label again.

    How can I conveniently forward my cars to Marktplaats?

    You can activate the link with Marktplaats from your AutoCommerce account yourself.
    You must then enter the bank details for an automatic debit.

    The cars in AutoCommerce become did not automatically forwarded to Marktplaats because placing per object costs money.
    You must indicate which car you want to forward.
    When you have activated the link, you can find the forwarding options under the heading “Marketplace”

    When you click on the “Place on Marktplaats” button next to the car you want to place, a new window will open.
    You can indicate here which price you want to send (Price 1, Price 2, Export price, etc).
    When you click on the “Place on Marktplaats” button in this window, the vehicle is almost immediately on Marktplaats.

    The invoicing of the advertising costs is done via Marktplaats itself.

    I have modified my vehicle, but I do not see any changes on Marktplaats

    The cars in AutoCommerce become did not automatically changed on Marktplaats because it is not an automated link.
    When you have changed an ad in AutoCommerce, you still need to make this change on the Marktplaats ad by clicking on "Edit" under the heading "Marketplace"

    Changing an advertisement that has already been placed is free of charge.

    I sold my car and removed it from AutoCommerce, but it's still on Marktplaats. How is this possible?

    When you want to remove vehicles from Marktplaats, you have to take the same steps as when you want to place a vehicle.

    • Before you delete the vehicle from AutoCommerce, first go to the left menu again to “Marketplace” and choose “Delete”.
    • Click on the “Delete” button behind the vehicle you want to remove.
    • Follow the steps to remove the vehicle from Marktplaats
    • Now you can remove the vehicle from AutoCommerce.

    If you do not do this, the vehicle may remain on Marktplaats.

    If you are unable to remove an advertisement, please contact our support department.
    They need the ac number and the Marktplaats advertisement number to be able to help you quickly.
